Abstracts must be submitted via this website https://www.hkcr.org/account.php/login on or before 18 August 2017. Submission by post, email or fax will not be accepted. Authors who wish to have their papers considered for The Best Original Paper for Hong Kong Journal of Radiology should also submit the full manuscript, in addition to the abstract, to the College Secretariat via email at asm_abstract@hkcr.org by 17 September 2017. Please refer to "Instructions for Authors" for details of manuscript format. Participants who have submitted the abstract are strongly encouraged to submit the manuscript for this award.

Accepted abstracts will be printed in the programme book only if the presenting author has registered and paid the registration fee in full by 30 September 2017.

REGISTRATION

Registration fees for delegates include a copy of a programme book, coffee breaks and lunch(es) during the meeting period. Conference kits are for full registrants only.

Important Information

1. The registration will not be processed or confirmed if payment is not forwarded to the Registration Secretariat.

2. Registration fees depend on the date your payment is received and confirmed by the Registration Secretariat. The fees may be adjusted accordingly if the payment is not received by the relevant registration deadlines.

3. The registration will be completed upon settling of the payment. An official receipt will be issued after clearance of the payment.

Method of Payment

Payment of the registration fee should be made by:

1. Credit Card in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) via PayPal (VISA / MASTERCARD) or

2. Cheque in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) made payable to “Cats Event Management Limited”.

For overseas delegates, personal cheques are not accepted.

The cheque payment (either indicating the Online Registration Number or providing a copy of the Online Registration Acknowledgement Email) should be sent to the 7^th JSM of RCR & HKCR 2017 Registration Secretariat within 2 weeks after registration.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of cancellation, a refund of the total registration fee paid (minus a 25% administration fee) will be made, on provision of a written notice received by Registration Secretariat on or before 30 September 2017. After this date, no refund can be made for cancellation. Please note that all refunds will be issued only after the meeting. In case of cancellation due to bad weather or other uncontrollable factors, no refund will be entertained.

Iconic of Kowloon & New Territories Tour

Time: Approx. 9:00am – 2:00pm operates on every Tuesday and Saturday

A comprehensive tour of the iconic attractions of Kowloon and New Territories begins with a taste of Hong Kong history at Tsang Tai Uk, which has been listed as a Grade I historic building, followed by a visit at the Chi Lin Nunnery featuring traditional Tang Dynasty architecture. A moment of leisure and peace of mind can then be enjoyed at a landscaped Chinese garden, the Nan Lian Garden. The tour ends in a charming little corner of the city, the Bird and Flower Market. An extra bonus is the undisputed "King of Drinks" in Hong Kong – a cup of milk tea, and an irresistible egg custard tart as an afternoon snack.

Dolphin-Watching Tour
