Authors who wish to have their papers considered for The Best Original Paper for Hong Kong Journal of Radiology should also submit the full manuscript, in addition to the abstract, to the College Secretariat via email at asm_abstract@hkcr.org by 15 September 2016. Please refer to "Instructions for Authors" for details of manuscript format. Participants who have submitted the abstract are strongly encouraged to submit the manuscript for this award.

Accepted abstracts will be printed in the Programme Book only if the Presenting Author has registered and paid the registration fee in full by 30 September 2016.

Registration fees for delegates include a copy of a programme book, coffee breaks and lunch(es) during the meeting period.  Conference kits are for full registrants only.  All bank charges must be pre-paid.

Important Information

In the event of cancellation, a refund of the total registration fee paid (minus a 25% administration fee) will be made, on provision of a written notice received by Registration Secretariat on or before 30 September 2016. After this date, no refund can be made for cancellation.  Please note that all refunds will be issued only after the meeting.  In case of cancellation due to bad weather or other uncontrollable factors, no refund will be entertained.
