Authors who wish to have their papers considered for The Best Original Paper for Hong Kong Journal of Radiology should also submit the full manuscript, in addition to the abstract, to the College Secretariat via this website https://www.seamless-reg.com/comp_reg/ASM/ before the abstract submission deadline. Otherwise, please submit your manuscript at asm2019@seamlesshk.com. Please refer to "Important Dates" for the details of submission deadline and "Instructions for Authors" for details of manuscript format. Participants who have submitted the abstract are strongly encouraged to submit the manuscript for this award.

Accepted abstracts will be printed in the programme book only if the presenting author has registered and paid the registration fee in full by 30 September 2019.

Registration fees for delegates include a copy of a programme book, coffee breaks and lunch(es) during the meeting period.  Conference kits are for full registrants only.

Important Information

1. The registration will not be processed or confirmed if payment is not forwarded to the Event Secretariat.

2. Registration fees depend on the date your payment is received and confirmed by the Event Secretariat. The fees may be adjusted accordingly if the payment is not received by the relevant registration deadlines.

3. The registration will be completed upon settling of the payment.  An official receipt will be issued after clearance of the payment.

Method of Payment

Payment of the registration fee should be made by:

1. Credit Card in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) via PayPal (VISA / MASTERCARD / AMERICAN EXPRESS / CHINA UNIONPAY) or

2. Cheque in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) made payable to “HONG KONG COLLEGE OF RADIOLOGISTS”.

For overseas delegates, personal cheques are not accepted.

The cheque payment (either indicating the Online Registration Number or providing a copy of the Online Registration Acknowledgement Email) should be sent to the 8^th JSM of RCR & HKCR and 27^th ASM of HKCR 2019 Event Secretariat within 2 weeks after registration.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of cancellation, a refund of the total registration fee paid (minus a 25% administration fee) will be made, on provision of a written notice received by Event Secretariat on or before 30 September 2019. After this date, no refund can be made for cancellation.  Please note that all refunds will be issued only after the meeting.  In case of cancellation due to bad weather or other uncontrollable factors, no refund will be entertained.

Hong Kong Island Tour Time: Approx. 9:00am – 1:30pm operates daily Fee: HK$480/ US$62 (Adult), HK$380 / US$49 (2-11 years old) Pick up from major hotels Pass through Causeway Bay, the Suzie Wong district of Wanchai, and Happy Valley where the horseracing tracks are located. Enjoy the scenic area of Deep Water Bay and Repulse Bay with its splendid beaches. Then it is off to Stanley Market, which is great for bargain hunting. Afterwards, explore Aberdeen where fishermen and their families live on hundreds of junks and sampans. An optional sampan ride at an additional charge is available in Aberdeen. A visit to Victoria Peak is next. Six hundred (600) meters above sea level, Victoria Peak gives a panoramic view of the city with its famous landmarks and breathtaking skyscrapers. As an extra attraction, a visit will be made to a jewellery workshop for a behind-the-scene look at the fine craftsmanship of jewellery making in the orient.
A Day to an Outer Island "Lantau Tour" Time: Approx. 8:30am – 4:30pm operates daily Fee: HK$880 / US$114 (Adult), HK$650 / US$84 (3-11 years old) Pick up from major hotels Pick up from hotel and board on an hour ferry to Silver Mine Bay on Lantau, which is twice the size of Hong Kong Island. On arrival, disembark for a coach tour of the island including a visit to Cheungsha beach, Tai-O fishing village and see the world's tallest outdoor seated bronze Buddha on the top of the Lantau Peak. A vegetarian lunch is served in the Monastery, followed by Ngong Ping 360 cable car ride to Tung Chung.  Transfer back to hotels.
