Clinical History:


A 20-year-old man with a history of chronic musculoskeletal disease is experiencing a stiff neck. He requires a walking stick due to recurrent pain in both hips and knees. He is currently taking corticosteroids and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) to manage his symptoms.
