Clinical History:

49-year-old male with DM and hypertension and otherwise unremarkable past medical history.  Admitted for ankle sprain sustained when falling on the stairs. Reported landing with foot inverted. Developed pain and swelling afterwards with inability to bear weight.  X-ray and CT were performed.
