Clinical History:


A 17-year-old male complained of one-week history of left upper quadrant pain and jaundice. He was afebrile. Blood test shows raised white blood cells count and decreased in platelet count. Liver function test showed raised total bilirubin. Clotting profile was normal.

 

Abdominal radiograph and contrast CT abdomen and pelvis scans were arranged.
