Right upper abdominal pain for 2 days associated with vomiting.

Diagnosis:
Acute cholecystitis
Figure 1, 2 and 3: CT abdomen shows distended gallbladder with multiple small gallstones. The gallbladder wall is ill-defined. There are pericholecystic fluid, and increased surrounding fatty stranding.
