M/75, Left lower eyelid swelling for weeks. Physical examination - no cervical lymphadenopathy.

Diagnosis:
Nasal Natural Killer/T-cell lymphoma
Axial CT scan of orbits show a homogeneous soft tissue mass which obliterates the nasal passages and maxillary sinuses. There is homogeneous contrast enhancement. Bone erosions are seen in the medial maxillary wall, nasal septum, and lamina papyracea. There are tumour extensions into both orbits and maxillary sinuses. The histological diagnosis by biopsy is NK/T cell lymphoma.
