Clinical History 30-year-old male with Downˇ¦s syndrome. Presented with a episodes of convulsions. No fever. Diagnosis: Dural Sinus Thrombosis Comment : CT brain shows an acute hyperdense acute haematoma at right frontal lobe. CT brain with contrast shows filling defects in the superior sagittal sinus compatible with dural sinus thrombosis.
