Dinner of the Colleges Date: 1 November 2014 (Saturday) Time: 20:00 – 22:00 Venue: Run Run Shaw Hall, 1/F, Hong Kong Academy of Medicine Jockey Club Building Fee: HK$300 / US$50 per person Pre-registration is required. Please return the payment together with the registration form.

In the event of cancellation, a refund of the total registration fee paid (minus a 25% administration fee) will be made, on provision of a written notice received by the Secretariat on or before 26 September 2014. After this date, no refund can be made for cancellation. Please note that all refunds will be issued only after the meeting. In case of cancellation due to bad weather or other uncontrollable factors, no refund will be entertained.

Abstracts must be submitted via this website http://www.hkcr.org/hkcr/account.php/login on or before 31^st July 2014. Submission by post, email or fax will not be accepted. Late submissions will not be considered.

Please be reminded that registrants who wish to have their papers considered for The Best Original Paper for Hong Kong Journal of Radiology Award should also submit the full manuscript, in addition to the abstract, to the College Secretariat by 31 August 2014. Please refer to "Instructions for Authors" for details of manuscript format.
Participants who have submitted the abstract are strongly encouraged to submit the manuscript for this award.
